We offer a 12-month conditional guarantee on qualifying mould remediation treatments.

Our guarantee applies to the specific areas treated and is subject to the completion of any essential corrective measures identified during our inspection, together with ongoing adherence to relevant preventative recommendations.

Where underlying issues such as leaks, inadequate ventilation, insulation defects or excessive moisture remain unresolved, a guarantee cannot be issued until the necessary corrective measures have been completed and verified.

The guarantee period begins on the original treatment completion date, even where the certificate is issued later.
